BonBons were awarded investor in people status in 2004 and has continued to work within the business framework to become more effective by developing and harnessing the skills of the team to improve performance and achieve our goals.
NDNA
The NDNA is a national charity specifically for nurseries and membership at all BonBons settings has provided support to develop and improve the quality of care we provide.
Quality Counts – NDNA Accredited
BonBons Thornton achieved Quality Counts accreditation in 2008 which is the scheme endorsed by Investors in Children and the leading quality assurance scheme for group day care. The scheme which develops encourages and maintains standards in early education and care creates a culture of continuous improvement and the recognised kite mark acts as an indicator to parents of quality over and above the national standards.
